People who do not want or cannot celebrate with alcohol are unsure when clinking glasses. Can one raise one’s glass with water?

Today, it is no problem clinking glasses with others or say cheers with water or juice. Nobody is excluded because he or she does not want or cannot drink alcohol. And nobody is obliged to explain the reason.
