Be reasonable when complaining
Complaining or criticising is definitely rather unpleasant. Who likes to be faced with such situations?
Please do not forget: you cannot make an omelette without breaking eggs. Every restaurant tries to live up to its name and avoid mistakes. However, it may happen that you have to complain about something or have to voice criticism. Do not be afraid but try to express your disappointment clearly and objectively and in a level voice. Should your complaint be justified, you will certainly get an apology and be offered e.g. a free coffee or desert.
